Description

Social Media now makes up a hugely valuable element of your business’ profile and can often operate as the shop window that your consumers first encounter. This course will support you to :

  • Understand what your customer wants and how to deliver that through content.
  • Develop strategies to utilise Social Media as a tool to support support your business, brand and marketing objectives.
  • Explore what social media is, what the platforms do and how they work.
  • Embrace the technical elements, such as algorithms, metrics and how news feeds flow.

By the end of the course participants should be able to identify the most suitable platforms, as well as review and analyse their online and offline customer base. We intend to help you to establish social media objectives, KPI’s and develop a content plan for the next six months, leaving you with practical tips to increase brand awareness & lead generation.

When is the course?

The course will start online at the beginning of October, will be a mix of blended learning and run over four weeks , for up to 1/2 a day each week.

12th, 19th, 26th January and 2nd February

This course will provide the social and digital marketing skills to help you to stay current and relevant in a fast paced world.

These FREE sessions are open to anyone employed, self employed or on Furlough in North West Wales, subject to eligibility criteria*.

* Up to 100% FULL funding for course, subject to not exceeding a de-minimus ceiling of 200,000 euros over 3 years.

*To be able to take advantage of this opportunity, you must live or work in North West Wales and be able to provide a copy of your passport/driving license, a payslip and a copy of your highest qualification at level 2 or above for full registration and enrolment forms.

*The course will be primarily delivered in English, although Steffan welcomes questions through the medium of Welsh and assignments may also be submitted in Welsh and any notes can be provided in Welsh upon request.
